1. DK Family Learning
    Offers award-winning educational books, CD-ROM, and videos for all ages from Dorling Kindersley Publishers. Assists individuals and families in promoting the development of independent learning skills. Provides professional assistance to businessesthat want to support community education and literacy programs through fundraising.

2. Dance Program
    Offers a range of dance classes from ballet to jazz and modern dance to classes based on dance therapy. Developmental patterning is offered once each year.

3. Deadwood Creek Services
    Provides various services for the rural community of Deadwood: social, recreational, community meeting, WIC, energy assistance registration, fire service, food co-op.

4. Debtors Anonymous
    A 12 step program for compulsive debtors and spenders and other debting issues. Meets at United Lutheran Church, 22nd and Washington, downstairs, classroom #4 Tuesday 7:30-8:45p.

5. Department of Youth Services & Juvenile Detention
    Uses S.O.I. as an assessment and remedial tool for parolees' and detained youths' educational needs. Integrates sensory-motor, ocular, cognitive and academic remediation to re-integrate high risk youth into the community and schools. Education services are aimed at drop-out prevention and school retention.

6. Depressive and Manic Depressive Association
    Provides information and group sessions for persons with depression and manic depression.

7. Developmental and Brain Rehabilitation Center
    Provides treatment and exercises for changing how the brain functions. Intended for people with mild to moderate brain injuries and learning difficulties due to inadequate development or or ganization within the brain

8. Direction Service
    Provides case management and advocacy for Lane County families who have children and youth birth to 21 with disabilities. Provides information on disability related topics (resources, legal issues etc.).

9. Direction Service - Counseling Center
    Direction Service Counseling Center provides mental health services to individuals and families of individuals with a range of mental and emotional disabilities. A specialty is working with children, young adults and adults who have a multiple diagnosis - an emotional and behavioral problem in conjunction with a developmental disability such as mental retardation, physical disabilities, severe and chronic medical conditions, head injury, ADHD and other neurological disorders. Other populations include children with attachment disorder, drug-affected children, aggressive/angry/defiant children and adults, and individuals who have been abused and experience post-traumatic stress, anxiety and depression. The therapy emphasizes changing behaviors, teaching skills, and solving problems and is done in individual, group, couple and family therapy approaches.

10. Direction Service - Information and Case Coordination
    Information, referral and consultation on youth with disabilities available to anyone. Case management, advocacy and mediation services available to families who have children and young adults who have or are suspected of having disabilities. Lending library and paper files on local, state and national resources, disabling conditions, legal rights, adaptive equipment, controversial treatments, etc.

11. Direction Service - Project Link
    Eugene-Springfield referral source that focuses on the rental housing needs and preferences of person who use wheelchairs and others with disabilities or physical limitations. Landlords or propertry managers call 349-5364 to place free notice about an accessible rental unit. Rental seekers call 302-5016 to hear a recorded listing of currently available rentals.

12. Direction Service Counseling
    Provides counseling services to adults, children and families experiencing the full range of behavioral and emotional difficulties.

13. Disabilities Services
    Any LCC student with a documented disability that significantly affects the student's ability to get an education may qualify for academic accommodations and referrals through this department.

14. Driving Decisions for Seniors
    Driving Decisions is a group concerned with driving and the aging process. It teaches ways to extend the driving years, provides support for people as they learn alternative means of transportation, and acts as a consulting group for people who need to talk to someone about their driving. Offers support group.

15. Drug Help
    Provides information and referrals to drug treatment programs and self-help groups nationwide.
