1. Raising Twice Families
    Self-help group for extended family members who are raising or helping raise their extended family's children. Referral for grandparent groups outside Eugene. Respite care. Provides playtimes for kids, discussion groups for adults. Meeting once a month; call for date and time.

2. Rational Recovery
    A self help group for recovery from addiction through self-empowerment and using a common sense approach not based on 12-step method. Meetings in Eugene are at the Koinonia Center (1414 Kincaid).

3. Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon - Oregon YouthCare
    Oregon YouthCare is available for children up to 18 years old for $41.60 per month. The plan covers (after a $10 copayment) all office visits to a primary care physician in the plan's network, well-baby care through age 2, immunizations through age 6, allergy shots and surgery performed in the primary care physician's office. Hospital care and certain other services are subject to a $1,000 deductible and then reimbursed at 80% for network providers, or 60% for non-network providers. The plan also pays 50% of the cost of prescription drugs for the first $2,500 in expenses, after which the plan pays 100%. The plan pays 100% of the cost of all covered services after expenses reach $5000 in a year. There is a 12 month waiting period for some conditions.

4. Relief Nursery
    Outreach, crisis response and therapeutic early childhood program for high-risk families under stress. Early intervention program serves children ages 6 weeks-6 years. Group support, counseling, education, services and home visits offered to families.

5. Rental Owners Association of Lane County - Help Line
    The Help Line answers questions from both landlords and tenants regarding the rights and responsibilities of each. Although legal advice is not offered, if appropriate, a reading of the pertinent law is, along with possible practical solutions to the problem.

6. Retired and Senior Volunteer Program
    Primarily provides opportunity to be a volunteer in health, public, and non-profit agencies. Supplemental insurance provided for each volunteer. Supplemental services also provided: a referral service for seniors needing assistance, and tax or insurance information.

7. Retired and Senior Volunteer Program - Community Time Share
    Community Time Share is a free service exchange program for persons 55 and over. Members of the program exchange services, earning one credit for each hour of service. Credits can then be exchanged for needed services. Monthly meetings feature topics relevant to seniors. Services are performed any time mutually convenient between provider and recipient. Several days notice is needed and membership application must be completed.

8. Riggs Institute
    Uses a multi-sensory intensive phonetic approach for correct spelling, penmanship and composition. Works on applications plus integration of language strands and cognitive subskills.Provides a curriculum for family or self-instruction, a tutoring network, and teacher/parent training (self-training through tapes).

9. River Road Annex Blood Pressure Clinic
    Blood pressure clinic.

10. River Road Park District
    Offers a variety of recreational, educational and cultural programs for people of all ages. Facilities include: pool, spas, saunas, community buildings, playgrounds, park lands, picnic shelter, play-courts, wading pool and fitness center. All facilities are handicapped accessible. Child care available Monday-Friday 8:30-11. Preregistration required.
